Box 1
- English wording portion of the certificate can be customized to your
needs. You may include your school's logo (not
required). Each certificate will have the recipient's name, rank
obtained and date of award.

3 - Location of your school. This could be the
city and state of your school or city and country.
Box 4 - Name of Martial
Arts School
Box 5 - Martial Arts Style
Box 6 - Recipient's Rank
Box 7 - Recipient's Name
Box 8 - 1 or 2 characters calligraphy of your choosing can be written in
the gold circle or you can just leave it blank
How Long Does It Take to Create a Custom Certificate?
- The first certificate usually takes 7- 10 days till it is ready to
ship - The first certificate takes longer because we have to start
from scratch creating the calligraphy, performing the translations
and working with you to design the wording and layout..
- Follow-on
certificates after the first usually takes 5-7 days.
Steps Required:
- Place Order
- We send a draft of the English portion for your review and approval
- We usually send the draft within 24 hours.
- You review the draft and approve it or tell us what needs to be changed.
If there are changes we will revise and then send the revised draft
for your review. This cycle continues untill you are satisfied with
the English portion.
- We print the English portion on to certificate paper then we individually
handwrite the calligraphy using traditional Chinese calligraphy brush
and ink on to each certificate.
- Once the ink dries we ship the certificate to you.
